What it is
A run-of-show is a shared timeline of the event day: setup, doors, each segment, breaks and teardown, with an owner for each item.
Columns to include
Keep it to a single page if you can.

Build in buffers
Add 10–15 minutes of slack around doors and between acts. Things always run late; buffers keep the end time honest.
Share it early
Send it to performers, venue staff and volunteers a few days before, and print copies for the day.
Have one decision-maker
On the day, one person calls changes to the schedule so the team isn't getting conflicting instructions.
